2010 is STILL the target thanks to some lucky investment decisions when the market was at 13,000. Upstate South Carolina is the destination. We purchased a fairway lot in beautiful Cherokee Valley .  Given the commute, we've just listed the lot with Lisa at Delco Realty. We're looking a little closer to town. Not nearly as pretty, but easier commute for me and a few more creature comforts.

Its a glorious part of the US with friendly people, moderate climate, and low cost of living. We sit almost midway between Greenville, SC and Ashville, NC (home of Biltmore).
